Workshop Details
A Drawing and Collage Workshop inspired by Nature.
Be inspired by the flora in the Goodman Community Farm to create your own drawn plant collage.
Step outside and take a closer look at the wonders of the natural world— patterns and shapes of leaves and flowers. In this relaxing, hands-on workshop, we’ll use flora and fauna as inspiration to spark your creativity.
Begin by exploring the garden, observing the organic forms that nature offers. We’ll sketch our favourite finds outdoors, then head into the studio to develop our drawings with colour and detail.
Finally, we’ll cut, paste, and collage our artwork into beautiful mini art bouquets—unique keepsakes you’ll take home at the end of the session.
This workshop introduces basic drawing, colouring, and collage techniques in a relaxed and inspiring setting. All materials are provided. Just bring your curiosity and imagination!

Enjoy the freedom and flow in the process of creating abstract art and express yourself. Go wild and let loose. It’s an opportunity to break away from traditional art forms. While still taking into consideration your art techniques: Colour, Balance, Composition, Form. Take time for deeper exploration, open up your imagination with the unlimited possibilities of abstract art.
The Abstract Workshop is an interactive session designed to explore the expressive potential of non-representational art. We will engage in various activities like experimenting with mark making - lines, shapes, textures, and colours to create dynamic compositions. The workshop aims to foster creativity, enhance intuitive decision-making and encourage personal expression through abstract art.
